April and Keeley are licensed Real Estate Brokers with Windermere Group One located in the Tri-Cities area of Southeastern Washington. April has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Washington State University. Her real estate experience is vast, prior to her start in residential real estate sales, she served as the Operations Manager for Voit Development Company where she was involved in the development of individual commercial buildings, low rise industrial parks and high rise master planned commercial centers. She has also completed Urban Land Institutes Commercial Real Estate Development School. April is certified as a New Home Construction Specialist.
April and Keeley’s business is strongly based on past clients and referrals.
Sensitive to the needs of families and individuals alike, April believes that homes are a foundation for people who create and sustain the community. April and her husband are raising four children in Kennewick and support strongly their local school districts and the countries of Haiti and Guatemala, where two of their children were born.
